As anyone in England will know it's been shockingly warm and sunny for an April, it's been lush! We all know it's going to end soon and go back to normal spring weather.

This little bit of sun though has made me want a holiday and reminded me of my cruise last year. It was probably one of the best holidays I've been on and I can't wait todo it again.

Cruising was pretty much a recommendation from a friend who said it was amazing, they weren't wrong. I have since recommended it to people. One of my friends is actually going on the same Princess cruise and the same ship later this year which is great and I'm so jealous. The ship is even undergoing a massive refit before hand and it should feel brand new! I can't wait to see the pictures and I really really want to go.

I think a lot of people have a preconception about what a cruise is going to be like and I'm 99% sure they are wrong. If you go you will love it. ....

After a 90 minute drive we arrived at Southampton and could already see this ship towering over the dock buildings. We said no way could that be our ship. But as we got closer we could finally read the name on the side and it was indeed our ship. It was still covered by the terminal so it was difficult to judge it's size. ....
